Right of withdrawal

Withdraw from contract here.

If you ordered from us on our website as a private individual, you can withdraw from the contract here. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email straight away.

Who is this for? For you as a consumer (private individual) who ordered from us on our website. The withdrawal period is normally 14 days, counted from the day the contract was concluded. If you are unsure whether the period has passed, you can still send the notice and we will look into it.

Businesses have no right of withdrawal. Section 10 of our terms of purchase sets out what applies.

You can also email us at [email protected] and say that you are withdrawing from the contract.

All fields are required.

Enter the reference number from the order confirmation (for example SV-20261020-AB12) or the date you ordered, and what you ordered.

How do you want to receive the acknowledgement of receipt?

We send the acknowledgement of receipt by email as soon as your notice has arrived. It shows when we received the notice.
